I'm Brenda Castañeda — a multidisciplinary designer, creative director, and product developer with over a decade of experience in fashion and brand design. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling, visual identity, and technical execution.

I studied Fashion Design and Fine Art, which means my approach blends both structure and sensibility. I was trained to build garments with precision — and to think critically about form, meaning, and cultural impact. That dual background shaped how I work: part technical, part conceptual, always intentional.

My career began in apparel — designing performancewear, licensed streetwear, and cut & sew collections for brands like Darc Sport and The Hundreds. Over time, I expanded into creative direction, print development, and brand strategy. Today, I lead projects that range from seasonal apparel lines to full-scale identity systems and packaging campaigns.

Through my studio, Lunary, I partner with purpose-driven brands to create cohesive, emotionally resonant design — from initial concept to final execution. I believe good design is never just visual. It’s systemic. It’s strategic. And it should always reflect what a brand actually stands for.

My process is rooted in research, clarity, and care. Whether I’m building a tech pack or developing a brand moodboard, I approach each step with the same goal: to make something that holds up — in function, in feeling, and in meaning.
